When you are honest and genuinely living and leading from who you are, your TRUE Power, you are in integrity. That creates an authenticity that builds trust and amplifies respect. These are necessary ingredients for successful teamwork.
And living in integrity wipes away your anxiety and inner turmoil and replaces it with liberating freedom, peace, and calm. Who doesn’t want that?
